Exchange Policy

We accept all exchange to the purchases made earlier at NancesK.  All exchange is allowable only once from each order.

 

You can exchange for a different size or design for the same value or lesser.

 

All exchange must be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of delivery.  The exchange item (s) must be returned to us in the original conditions and packaging, not used & washed with labels intact.

 

Please note that you will have to bear the delivery charges of forwarding the item (s) to us.  We will then make the necessary arrangements to deliver your new request within ten (10) working days.
