Nancy Kua, Founder & Chief Designer of NancesK is featured in Malaysian Women's Weekly Magazine (Oct 09) issue.

1) How She got Started -

"A friend suggested that I sell lingerie online. I started sourcing for lingerie overseas, but was not happy with the quality and designs available. That's when I created my own line.  I researched about different textures, designs and visited textile shops to have a feel of the fabrics.  I also met industry experts who were kind enough to share their experiences with me".

2) Her Design Inspiration

"Vibrant coloured silk satin because they exude opulence, elegance & glamour.  My aim is to add a tinge of glamour & sophistication to any woman who wears my lingerie.  If, and when, my lingerie is able to spark a little romance in her life, that's simply fabulous!""

3) What She finds Beautiful

"Shoes, hangbags, rings and clothes".

4) On Aiming High

"It hasnt been easy, but I managed to set up a business that I am passionate about and believe in.  It is a learning curve and I am still learning.  There is so much more to accomplish, but I am having fun.  I like the feeling that I am kicking off a quality product under the label NancesK.  I want to make women feel sexy.  To me, when a woman is sexy, she is confident, feels beautiful and happy!"

 

NancesK sashayed & strutted down the catwalk on 13th August at one of the latest dance clubs downtown in Mon't Kiara Kuala Lumpur, known as Envy Club.
